French Cast Iron Herb/Flower Dryer

Both stylish and practical with a rustic finish.  Makes a perfect gift for any keen gardener or cook!

To dry your herbs, just knot them in bunches with string then hang them head down on the hooks to dry.  When the leaves have dried, simply remove from the hanger and store in an opaque container.

Drying in suspended bunches is ideal for flowers too.  Pick them after the dew has cleared, remove any excess leaves and group in small bunches of 8 to 10 stems to dry.
